comfortable with our business arrangement, we'll set up the contract and you'll

How does communication work?
We can communicate several ways. Our live support is the best way to communicate directly with RWD ... we provide this service free of charge to resellers. Live support allows us to be contacted directly via this website and also logs our communication. Documents can be delivered via fax or email. We offer phone support at a premium price.
How long will the development process take?
You will almost always see some results in 72 hours. However, we will not quote you less than
2 weeks development time for a finished product. The truth is that many sites
are completed in days. It entirely depends on how well you have thought out
your site. If you have spent time organizing, laying your site out correctly,
we could have a 100 page web site completed in as little as 2 weeks. On the
other hand, if you continue changing you mind in the middle of development,
your sites completion will be delayed and you will incur additional costs.
When custom programming is involved, the time frame of your site's completion will differ
depending on the complexity of the application involved. Time of completion will be
quoted upon commencement by your designer.
How much will my client's site cost?
The best answer is to take a look at our
price list and then
contact RWD
if you have any questions.
Your actual cost will be disclosed by your designer before development begins.
90% of all sites can be estimated based on the prices disclosed in our
price list. The wildcard is
usually custom programming, which can fluctuate greatly depending on an application's
level of difficulty.
If your web site is business or informational in nature, you will usually have very
few unexpected costs. If your site is the next ebay.com or digg.com with
all the latest features you will not be able to go by any price list.
What languages do Resell Web Design's designers use?
If you're asking about speaking ... English is our only language.
If you're asking about programming ... "We use the right tool for the job".
RWD is fluent in many languages but will use HTML, CSS & JavaScript as
well as at least 1 server side programming language
(usually PHP) on almost every site.
Do you offer web hosting?
We are very familiar with our server's settings and the different packages we
have at our disposal. We can do anything you can dream up in our back yard.
For this reason, we offer standard web hosting ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!
This hosting covers 95% of all web sites. If your site has a large volume
of traffic (1000's of visitors per day) or is a serious resource hog (custom
programs that use lots of memory or bandwidth) then you can expect us to
suggest you upgrade to a better hosting plan. We'll make suggestions
and get you the right hosting for your needs but we don't offer paid hosting as a
service. We're web designers ... not a web host.
